Email each submission as an attachment separately to the email address talcphotocontest@gmail.com before midnight, August 31, 2007. You must put the following text in your subject line: talcphoto (be sure to type this as one word!). Include the following information in your email: name, home address, phone number, photo category (World-Class Transportation, Great Communities, or Social Justice), if you are a professional photographer, and where the photo was taken. Photos must be at least 200dpi. Limit the actual file size to 5 mb and submit as a .jpg, .jpeg or .gif format. Remember, you may submit no more than one photograph per category.
